Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel primarily for its budget-friendly price in the Melbourne CBD. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by numerous issues, including a lack of on-site staff after hours and some cleanliness concerns in my room. If you're looking for a basic stay without expecting too much, it might work for you, but I'd recommend checking some other options as well.
I had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel in East Melbourne. The room was very affordable and nicely located close to the city and sporting venues, making it perfect for my needs. The staff were welcoming, which added to the positive experience. However, the dining options could use some improvement, and the room had a slightly musty smell. Overall, it was a great value for money.
I had a bit of a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel had a great price, and the Victorian charm was lovely, but some things felt like they needed a serious update. The breakfast was decent value, but not very exciting. Overall, it was a good option for a budget stay, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement.
I had a pretty disappointing experience at this hotel. While the reception service was friendly and helpful, the state of the building was unacceptable. The rooms were old and poorly maintained, with significant cleanliness issues. I didn’t feel safe due to the lack of proper security measures and noise disturbances. It's hard to recommend this place unless improvements are made.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the city center and MCG, making it convenient for exploring. While the atmosphere and value for money were commendable, the rooms and maintenance really left something to be desired. Overall, it’s a decent place if you don't mind a few shortcomings.
